Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Xstreamity's IPTV streaming service and website at https://xstreamity.shop. By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Xstreamity provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live TV channels, video on demand (VOD), and catch-up TV content to subscribers via the internet. The service requires a compatible device and a stable internet connection.

We offer four subscription durations: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. All plans include one (1) concurrent connection. Multi-connection bundles are available — see our pricing page for details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are activated manually after payment is confirmed via WhatsApp. Payment is required in full before activation.

• All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions are non-recurring — you are charged once per subscription period.
• Renewal requires a new order via WhatsApp.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 24-hour free trial upon request via WhatsApp. The trial grants full access to the service for 24 hours at no cost and with no payment information required. Each user is entitled to one free trial. Abuse of the trial offer (e.g., requesting multiple trials from the same user or device) may result in denial of service.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

As subscriptions are one-time payments for a fixed duration, there is no ongoing subscription to "cancel." If you experience a technical failure on our side that prevents you from using the service for a sustained period, contact us at WhatsApp or support@xstreamity.shop and we will work to resolve it or offer an appropriate remedy.

Refunds can be made up to 15days after activation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your subscription credentials with anyone outside your household.
• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license access to the service.
• Use the service for commercial broadcasting or public display.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with our systems.
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable law.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your subscription without refund.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content made available through the service is licensed from third-party content providers. You may not download, record, reproduce, or redistribute any content except as permitted by applicable law or with explicit written consent from Xstreamity.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control (including actions by third-party content providers) may result in temporary service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xstreamity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
